Talking about myself is one of my least favorite things to do, but you probably want to know something about who I am, yeah? Here are the basics!

I've been designing for roughly 13 years and actually getting paid for it for the last five. After I graduated from college, I went to work for my alma mater and spent just under four years there as webmaster and director of publications. Besides maintaining the website, I designed postcards, posters, holiday cards, promotional material, newspaper ads, and whatever else they could think of to throw at me.

I've taken several master's level classes at the Savannah College of Art and Design, but the majority of what I know has been learned from experience or independent study.

A few other facts:

• Most people call me Cathy.
• I'm currently in Montgomery, Ala., but I'm hoping to relocate soon.
• I'm a perfectionist.
• I write my own code in a text editor.
• I have a degree in English literature.
• I'm a stickler for proper grammar and punctuation (see above).
• I love to travel.
