How much sense does it make to require residents to give two months notice on their lease? Mine expires on December 20. I don't know yet if I'm staying, and I'm sure as hell not signing another lease two months in advance just to find out that I got another job and I'm moving by December, before the first even runs out. That's stupid.

Gah. Like I'm not anxious as it is.
